    很长,还很粗

          北京公交疯狂打折的消息来得措手不及,一个通行的说法是王岐山在香港受了刺激,立志效仿香港模式解决京城屡治屡堵交通顽障。而我所了解到的一个渠道类信息是北京因为大气质量不达标而遭了IOC的板子,治理汽车尾气污染才是题中之义,所以第一反应是08年之后这个权宜之计是否还会进行下去。但现在管不了那么多,大家一边在最短时间里办了公交卡,一边强烈鄙视公交公司将部分线路改9字头的行为(9字头的车只打8折,其他打2折)。第一次刷卡还闹了个笑话,没找到机器在哪,就直接塞给了售票员。

          

           半个月过去了,预想到的情况是之前门庭冷清的空调车现在都挤成了人肉罐头,地铁线路营运量下降明显;没有预想的情况是仅仅一周就查出假扮学生卡的投机分子,2毛大钞也有人愿意铤而走险。其实公交公司早做了手脚,学生卡刷卡时的鸣笛音和普通卡有明显的区别,除非长得面嫩,否则很难混过去。

         

         56年之后,公司名存实亡,渐渐以工厂主任名换掉这个资本主义旗号下的余孽,唯独公交公司始终没有改旗易帜,即便文革十年,仍然以公司名挂牌营业,放眼全国,唯公交掌门敢以经理二字自居。说是公司,其实也是政府赔本赚买卖的事,但80年代末,线路承包逐渐走俏,公交论站收钱,不甚繁琐,肥了若干司机的裤兜,添了城市百姓的堵。10年之后,城市公交股份改制,统一路线价格,1块钱环游全市,北京却迟迟没有动静,撑到07年才痛下决心。政府出钱百姓获利,看上去很好,但羊毛出在羊身上,37亿的补贴不是天上掉的馅饼。好在是抽北京人的税给全国人民方便,也算是见着回头钱了。

        

         树军替我去办的公交卡,回来问他队伍是否排的很长,树军莞尔,“不但很长,而且很粗”。偶狂笑不能自已。
